Who is Eligible for BISP Program 8171?

- No member of your family should be a government employee
- Your monthly income should be less than 20000
- Not receiving financial assistance from any program in Pakistan
- You have never traveled abroad
- The poverty score should be less than 20%
- Must have an original national identity card
