Required Documents
You don’t need many documents to register for Benazir Income Support Program. You only need a few documents which are as follows.
- Your identity card which is valid
- Children’s Bay Form
- Electricity and gas bill
- FRC certificate of family
- Disability certificate if disabled persons are applying
- If transgenders are applying for it, their identity card shows gender transgender
BISP New Registration Form New Update (October 2023)
